Refund & Return Policy – DragSpace

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase made through DragSpace. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product or request a refund. Please review our policy below:

1. Returns

  • We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SIZE EXCHANGES.

  • We accept returns within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be damaged upon receiving. 

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at customercare@dragspace.in. Kindly provide your order number and the reason for return.

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return request.

  • All approved refunds will be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases on DragSpace.

2. Refunds


  • Refunds are issued only for the purchase price of returned item(s), excluding shipping and COD charges.

  • Approved refunds will be processed in the form of store credit within 10 days.

  • If your refund has not reflected in your DragSpace account within 10 days, contact customercare@dragspace.in

3. Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please contact us at customercare@dragspace.in.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customercare@dragspace.in to arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Please retain the original packaging and take clear photos for claim purposes.

5. Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it may be cancelled by emailing us as soon as possible at customercare@dragspace.in.

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Exceptions

  • Any exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of DragSpace, and will be clearly communicated on a case-by-case basis.
